FAQ

Question: After I file the claim with my insurance company what do I do next?
Answer:
The insurance company will need to write an estimate on your vehicle. They can view your vehicle at your home/office or you can drop your vehicle off with us and we can assist them in writing an estimate. Once the insurance company has agreed to cover the damages we can set you up with a rental car if applicable or if you vehicle is not driveable we can assist you with having it towed to our shop.

Question: Do I have to use the repair facility my insurance company wants me to use?
Answer:
You have the right to choose any repair facility of your choice. You will want to make sure the shop you choose has a good reputation along with a warranty on all the repairs.

Question: Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate and how much does it cost?
Answer:
No appointment is necessary, we have estimators on site during business hours. There is no charge for an estimate.

Question: How long do repairs usually take?
Answer:
Repair time varies depending on how much damage your vehicle has and how many labor hours are involved. Most moderate repairs usually take between 3-7 business days.

Question: Will my car ever be the same again?
Answer:
Yes. Here at Carolina Collision Center we specialize in repairing your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.

Question: What is the warranty on the repairs?
Answer:
All completed vehicles are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.
